Due to the uncertainty of the current conditions, orders may be delayed beyond our estimated ship by date. While we will do everything we possibly can to honor that date, factors outside of our control may delay shipment. We will keep lines of communication open with you if we foresee any delays.
Please understand that we may need to cancel an order if there is a closure of one of our suppliers, and we are not able to obtain the materials, or if new restrictions limiting business in Seattle are put into place. In the event that we must cancel your order, you will receive a full refund on your original payment method.
In the event that we are not able to receive returns or rings for re-size, the return, re-size, or warranty window will be extended.
Mail carriers are all experiencing shipping delays, so please plan for delivery times once your order has shipped to be longer than usual.
